皆様、如何お過ごしでしょうか。今回の動画は、(2022年2月16日投稿分の誤消去による、再投稿になります。以前コメント頂きました、視聴者様には、お詫び申し上げます。季節感にもズレがあります、お許しください。)いつもの散歩コースを刺激的にする為に、歩道橋を昇り降りする事を、やってみました。運動量が増したのと、見慣れない風景を見る事が出来ました。

There is a difference in the sense of the season, please forgive me.) In this video, I tried going up and down the pedestrian bridge in order to stimulate the usual walking course. I was able to see an unfamiliar landscape as the amount of exercise increased.
